Privacy policy

What we collect, why, and your rights. In short: we collect only what we need to handle your order or question, and we never sell your data.

1. Who is responsible

The database controller responsible for your data is IsraSpace Fuel Technologies (owned by Nissim Cazes), 2 Gilboa St., Kiryat Bialik 2701640, Israel. For any privacy question, email israspace1@gmail.com or call +972 52-545-8615.

2. What we collect

  • When you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email: your name, phone number or email address, and your message.
  • When you order: name, phone, email, delivery address and order details. Payment details go straight to the payment provider and never reach us.
  • Technical data: our hosting server automatically logs data such as IP address and browser type, for security and operations.

You are under no legal obligation to give us this information; providing it is up to you. Without a name, phone number and delivery address, we can't process an order.

Cookies and local storage

This website stores only essential information in your browser: your choice in the cookie notice, and the settings you pick in the accessibility menu. This information stays on your device and is not sent to us.

Statistics and marketing cookies are not active at the moment. If they are turned on, they will load only after you agree in the cookie notice, and this policy will be updated.

You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page, or clear the site's data in your browser settings.

3. How we use it

  • To process your order, delivery and payment.
  • To answer your questions and provide support.
  • To handle cancellations and refund requests.
  • To meet legal obligations, such as bookkeeping.

We send marketing messages only to people who have explicitly agreed, and you can opt out at any time.

4. Who we share it with

We never sell your data or share it for advertising. We share it only where needed to provide the service:

  • The payment provider, to process payment.
  • The shipping company, to deliver your order.
  • Our website hosting and infrastructure provider (Netlify). Fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives your browser's IP address.
  • Authorities, where the law requires it.

WhatsApp messages pass through a Meta service and are also subject to Meta's privacy policy.

Some of these providers store and process data outside Israel, mainly in the United States.

5. How long we keep it

We keep data as long as it's needed for the purposes in section 3, and at least as long as the law requires (accounting records, for example, are kept for 7 years).

6. Security

The website is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to your data is limited to whoever needs it to handle your order. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable care to protect your data.

7. Your rights

Under the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, you may ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it if it's wrong, or delete it where we're not required to keep it, and to be removed from our mailing list. Email israspace1@gmail.com and we'll reply within 30 days. If you're not satisfied with our answer, you can also contact the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority.

8. Minors

This website and purchases through it are intended for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data about minors.

9. Changes

This policy may be updated. The date at the top shows the latest version.
