2. General

Using this website and buying through it are subject to these terms. Placing an order means you accept them. If anything elsewhere on the site conflicts with these terms, these terms apply, subject to applicable law.

You must be 18 or older, with a valid payment method and a delivery address, to buy.

3. The product

ECO FUEL BOOSTER is a powder fuel additive for gasoline and diesel engines. Directions for use appear on this website and on the pack. Use the product only as directed.

Figures on pollution reduction and fuel savings are manufacturer data. Actual results vary with vehicle type, engine condition, driving style and fuel type. Images are for illustration.

Extending the interval between services is the vehicle owner's decision and responsibility. If your vehicle is under warranty, keep following the manufacturer's or importer's service schedule.

4. Prices and payment

• Prices are shown in Israeli new shekels (₪). They are final prices and include VAT where it applies.
• The final price, including any shipping cost, is shown before you complete your order.
• Payment is handled by a secure third-party payment provider. The Seller never stores your card details.
• Prices may change from time to time. The price confirmed in your order will not change.
• If there is an obvious error in a price or product description, the Seller may cancel the order and refund the full amount.

5. Orders and delivery

• An order is binding once payment is approved. You'll receive an order confirmation by message or email.
• With your order you'll receive an invoice and a written summary of the transaction: the Seller's details, the product, the price, payment terms, delivery date and cancellation terms.
• The expected delivery date and shipping method are shown when you order.
• If an item you ordered is out of stock, the Seller will let you know and refund the full amount.

6. Cancellation

Cancellations follow the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, and the Consumer Protection (Cancellation of Transaction) Regulations, 5771-2010:

• You may cancel within 14 days of receiving the product or the transaction details, whichever is later.
• Give notice of cancellation by phone, WhatsApp, email or registered mail, using the details in section 1. Include your full name, phone number and order number.
• Return the product to the Seller's address at your own expense, in its original packaging, unopened and unused where possible.
• Your payment is refunded within 14 days of the cancellation notice, less a cancellation fee of 5% of the price or ₪100, whichever is lower.
• If the product has been used or its condition has significantly deteriorated, the Seller may claim compensation for the loss in value, as the law provides.
• If you cancel because the product is defective, doesn't match its description or arrived late, there is no cancellation fee and the Seller covers the return cost.
• Senior citizens (65 and over), people with disabilities and new immigrants (up to 5 years from receiving that status) may cancel within 4 months of the transaction, of receiving the product or of receiving the transaction details, whichever is latest, if the transaction included a conversation with the Seller (including by phone or in writing). The Seller may ask for a relevant certificate.

7. No savings, no charge: money-back guarantee

On top of your legal right to cancel, the Seller undertakes to refund the price of the product if it didn't save you fuel. The refund is conditional on proof. If you don't provide all of the following, you are not entitled to a refund:

• Proof of purchase: your order number or invoice.
• A complete driving log, kept before you start and while you use the product: date, mileage and amount of fuel at every fill-up.
• The fuel receipts that match the driving log.
• Use of the product as directed at every fill-up during the trial period.
• Contacting the Seller with all of the proof within the trial period.

Savings are assessed on the proof alone. If it shows that no fuel was saved, the Seller refunds the price of the product. If the proof is missing, partial or inconsistent, no refund is given. Nothing in this section limits your right to cancel under section 6.

The driving-log template, the length of the trial period and how savings are measured are available on request before you buy, and are sent in writing with every order. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 14 days of approval.

8. Safe use and liability

• Use the product only as directed, in the amount recommended for your tank size.
• Keep out of reach of children. Not for consumption.
• Store in the closed pack, in a dry place, away from heat sources and open flame.
• The Seller is not liable for damage caused by use that doesn't follow the directions.
• To the extent the law allows, the Seller's liability is limited to the amount paid for the product. Nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights.

9. Intellectual property

The ECO FUEL BOOSTER name and the content, design and images on this website belong to the Seller or their respective owners. Do not copy or use them without written permission.

10. Privacy

How personal information is handled is described in the privacy policy.

11. Governing law

These terms and every purchase on this website are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts of the Haifa District have jurisdiction, subject to your rights as a consumer under applicable law.

12. Changes

The Seller may update these terms. Each order is governed by the terms in force on the day it was placed.
